1. How to Send a Direct message to Another Member

Please use this respectfully. 

  • After logging into your Draw Awesome account or opening the app, go to the Community.
  • Click or tap the paper airplane icon in the top-right corner (next to your profile name).
  • Click or tap the + button and search for the member you want to message.
  • On a computer, you can also hover over any member's profile picture in the main feed to pop up an option to send a private message to them.

2. How to Change Notifications From the Draw Awesome App

To can receive various notifications on your phone or tablets when another member likes or comments on your posts, or the Draw Awesome team posts an update. 

To switch these on or off, do the following:

  • After logging into your Draw Awesome account or opening the app, go to the Community.
  • Click or tap on your profile name in the top-right corner.
  • Click or tap Notifications
  • From here, you can toggle on or off various notifications. Here's what they mean:
    • Push Notification = a banner showing on your device's home screen.
    • App Notification = a banner showing only when you're using the Draw Awesome app.
    • Email = an email sent to you.

3. How to Change Your Profile Picture

To add a profile picture (which will help with engagement on your posts), do the following:

  • After logging into your Draw Awesome account or opening the app, go to the Community.
  • Click or tap on your profile name in the top-right corner.
  • Click or tap Profile.
  • Click or tap Edit
  • Scroll down until you see the option to edit or change your profile picture.
