Refund Policy

Refunds on Courses

You have 30 days from the day of your initial purchase to complete the first project or lesson in any course you've purchased. 

If you don't love the first project you can request a full refund for anything you've paid, so long as it's within those 30 days and you haven't started watching any other project.

If you start to watch any other project within those 30 days, we'll assume you enjoy your course and that will then void the refund.

Monthly Subscriptions & Installments

Beyond 30 days you can still cancel your future monthly subscription or monthly Installment payments. Although you will lose access to your course when you cancel, you can download lessons if you want to keep them.

Refunds on Sketching Journals

You can return unused Sketching Journals within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. You only have to send them within 14 days - if they take longer to arrive that's okay. We'll refund the full amount you paid for them, which includes the outward shipping costs.

You will need to cover the cost of return shipping and you need to bear this in mind when returning from outside the UK.
