When you sign up to Draw Awesome, project #1 will be waiting for you as soon as you sign in. You can start it as soon as you've watched the introduction video.

Project #2 will be added to your account in seven days' time. Seven days after that, Project #3 will be released, and so on.

You'll get an email notification the minute a new project is released, to save you having to check.

Draw Awesome is about steady, consistent practice over time. Like the magic of compound interest, this is what leads to massive results and transformation!

One project per week (with some rest weeks factored in) is achievable for most people who are committed to becoming awesome artists. Any more than that, and there's a risk of burnout and of you becoming overwhelmed - which leads to you quitting much earlier than you would have otherwise.

Because this schedule is at the very heart of Draw Awesome, projects can't be released earlier, unfortunately.

Draw Awesome is NOT about being perfect - it's about being consistent. So there's no need to keep perfect pace with the release of the projects (which are released weekly).

In fact, most students will fall at least a few weeks behind the latest project release at some point, and that's not going to have any negative impact on their improvement!

Remember, the Draw Awesome syllabus doesn't go on forever! There's a definite end point so being several weeks behind is only going to be temporary. 😊

You only ever pay a set amount of 13 monthly payments, which gives you life-long access to the course (assuming you complete all 13 payments). So no matter how long you take to finish all the lessons and projects, you'll pay exactly the same as everyone else.

In a word, no. Draw Awesome is designed to be followed exactly as is and a lot of planning has gone into the syllabus to make it as effective as possible.

Many of the techniques work across different mediums. There are lessons we cover in say, the graphite drawing module, that will apply to say, the coloured pencils module.

Each Module builds on the one before and this is why they can't be reordered.

Yes, you can substitute materials that I recommend or use, for one that you already have. However...

The more closely your materials match what I use, the better your results will be.

For example, you don't need to have the same brand of sketchbook as me but you should be using one with similar qualities (i.e. similar size, paper weight, surface texture etc).

On the materials page, I state when it's important to get the same brand and when the brand isn't that important.

You can cancel your membership for Draw Awesome at any point during the syllabus.

When you cancel, you'll have access up until the date on which your membership was due to rebill - so you'll be able to follow any projects released before that date.

After your membership expires, you won't be able to access previously released projects via your Draw Awesome account, but you can download the videos and project files before you leave.

If you make all 13 monthly payments, this gives you life-long access to the course online, so you won't ever have to download anything. 

The complete Course lasts for 54 weeks involving 13 monthly payments.

While it is possible to complete the entire syllabus in that timescale, many students will need a little longer.

However, you will only ever pay a maximum of 13 monthly payments (after that they automatically stop). You'll get life-long access to the course and all the projects - so there's no need to download anything.

If you choose to cancel the payments before making all 13, you'll lose online access to the course an d will need to download lessons that have been released up to that point. 

You can request a refund within 30 days of joining Draw Awesome, so long as you haven't started any projects other than the first one.

This means you can try the first project in full and request a refund in full if it's not for you.

If you do go on to start another project, that voids the refund policy.

This applies to both the monthly and annual plans.

Yes, you can download all project videos and supporting materials whenever you like. That way you get to keep what you've paid for regardless of when you cancel. 

Please Note: Downloading videos over the Internet can be time-consuming and a bit tedious. The large file sizes also make storage a bit tricky, especially if you use a tablet rather than a computer. It's just something to bear in mind.
